With Icon Filter you can create your collections of Icons in seconds. Icon Filter is able to extract the icon image from: DLL, OCX, EXE, BMP a. CPL files. You may save the Icon as: Icon (ICO), Cursor (CUR) or Bitmap (BMP) file. Win XP Icons are viewed best as BMP file.
You can also extract the icons of all relevant files in a directory in one step. By saving those Icons as BMP files, you even can create a HTML Galery to view those images.
