Simply download the small file, execute it on your PC and click the Open-button to load a new picture. Now move the cursor over the picture while pressing the left mouse-button - then stop pressing. The result is shown as preview. Repeat this step until the picture looks like you want it to. Save it as file. Or click the New-button for another try. Finally press the Print-button. Choose a printer, do the settings and click OK button - Finished!
