TeamCalendar gives you a complete overview of your colleagues’ schedules directly from your Pocket PC or Smartphone for any given day or week. What’s more, you can book meetings on the spot – so no more phone calls or emails trying to set up that all-important meeting.
SmartPlanning with TeamCalendar
Meetings are easy to arrange using TeamCalendar’s SmartPlanning function. Just select the date and the colleagues you want to invite and TeamCalendar will rapidly show you the best available time slots. When you select a slot, TeamCalendar automatically books the time in your calendar and invites your colleagues – as if you had booked the meeting from your desk.
Simple and intuitive to use
TeamCalendar retains the familiar look and feel of Windows Mobile, making it simple to learn and use. All TeamCalendar needs to run is a Windows Mobile enabled Pocket PC or Smartphone and Windows Exchange Server 2003 SP2 or above.
