Gradience TimeClock is compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista, and software training and technical support are available. Plus, the software is equipped with robust security features to protect against abuse and keep data secure. Gradience TimeClock shares an integrated database with two other titles: Gradience Attendance (attendance tracking) and Gradience Records (employee records). This means that information only has to be entered once, and the other programs are automatically populated with the data. Other Gradience titles include Forms Manager (personnel forms), OSHA Manager (OSHA recordkeeping), Employee Handbook Manager, Employee Handbook Bilingual (English and Spanish) and Supervisor's Handbook Manager.
