PowerCyberCafe is a powerful software solution for your Cyber Cafe (Internet Cafe). This program lets you apply flexible schemes of managing PC sessions within the club. Built-in point of sales system controls the entire Internet club: adjust rates, allocate session time, and accept payments. A handy and easy-to-use ordering system and session templates for quick ordering makes management process easier. Customer's data is stored inside the database where you can add additional information about a customer like contacts, photos and other personal info. Program lets you use accumulative discount system. Discount rate depends on total time ordered by a customer. Personal account system is applied in the program: a client may enrich his personal account and then order services and goods using it. For organizing Web traffic calculation the built-in HTTP tunnel is used. PowerCyberCafe allows you to control all PCs within your Internet Cafe remotely and gain detailed statistics of user activity in the club. You can get statistics on sessions, preview receipts and then create and print sales reports. PowerCyberCafe provides you with high security level: all data is stored within the encrypted files and not available for unauthorized users. Program has a flexible system for access rights assignment and for better protection server application and administration program are separated and may locate on different PCs. Client application allows user to control session time, gives additional information about a session and shows the most popular programs within the Cyber Cafe. Customer can order additional services and goods remotely. Moreover, PowerCyberCafe allows you to take stock of sales for additional goods and services.
