Networking calendars

MultiCalendar Client/Server Edition is a set of network calendar software. Multiple users can use multiple PC to input/view/edit calendar events at the same time in real time. All data is stored on a central server. No dedicated server is needed. The client side software can coexist with the server side software on one computer. It works for both Peer-to-Peer network and Client/Server network.

Control calendar user permissions

One user can access one calendar only, or multiple calendars, or all calendars. It is really up to you to decide who can access what data. You can also restrict permission to read-only for certain calendars with certain users.

Connect to the calendar server through Internet

If you have a static IP Address binding on the server machine which has been installed with MultiCalendar Client/Server Edition Server, you will be able to connect to the server through Internet! We recommend you use a DSL/ADSL or Cable modem to connect to the server if you are connecting to it through Internet to get the best performance.

Synchronize with Palm unit (Palm OS) and Pocket PC (Windows CE) unit

Powerful plug-ins make you able to do two-way synchronization with both Palm Unit and Pocket PC unit. Able to set synchronization events time range, able to set target/source resource.

Transfer from Microsoft Outlook by free plug-in

Outlook data import plug-in makes you easily transfer all of your appointments from Microsoft Outlook to MultiCalendar. Importing data from Microsoft Outlook (support Outlook 97, Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, Outlook 2003) to MultiCalendar C/S Edition Database cannot be easier.

Print day view, workday view, week view, month view calendars and appointment / task lists

Up to four kinds of reports are supported. Single resource's calendar (daily, weekly, or monthly), multiple resources' calendar (daily, weekly or monthly), appointment / task list report and selected appointment / task report.

Drag & drop to schedule or re-schedule.

Drag one appointment and drop it on another time slot then drop it to reschedule. Drag one appointment from one calendar and drop it to another calendar to reschedule. Drag a task to the calendar and make it an appointment to schedule. Enjoy your scheduling experience with MultiCalendar.

Custom appointment / task types and categories

Customizable appointment / task types and categories. Set up your own appointment and task types, then set up your own appointment and task categories. You can organize your schedules by both types and categories. Different color code for different categories? No problem. Different icons for different types? No problem.
