 Die kostenlose Lösung für Ihr Hilfesystem: verwenden Sie PDF-Dateien als Programmhilfe und für Benutzerhandbücher in Ihrer Software!
Welches Tool und welches Dateiformat verwenden Sie zurzeit für die Anzeige der Programmhilfe in Ihrer Software?
• Üblicherweise werden heute CHM-Dateien verwendet, die allerdings potenziell Schädlinge übertragen können und deshalb von Sicherheitssoftware häufig blockiert werden.
• Das HTML-Format erfordert zu viele einzelne Dateien (Texte, Bilder etc.)
• Das HLP-Format wurde mit Windows 3.1 eingeführt und stellt somit nicht mehr den aktuellen Stand der Technik dar. Auch wird in Windows Vista der HLP-Viewer WinHlp32.exe nicht mehr mitgeliefert.
• PDF-Dateien sind zwar eine gute Alternative, benötigen aber einen separaten Reader. Wenn Sie den kostenfreien Adobe® Reader verwenden, haben Sie allerdings keine Möglichkeit, eine kontextbezogene Hilfe zu integrieren. Außerdem darf der Adobe® Reader nicht mehr ohne weiteres frei verteilt werden.
Die Lösung: verwenden Sie den PDF DocuReader von soft Xpansion! Rufen Sie das Programm direkt oder aus Ihrer Anwendung wie folgt auf:
sx-pdf-docureader.exe PDF-Dateiname optionale_Seitennummer
und alle notwendigen Funktionen für die Anzeige Ihres Hilfetexts stehen zur Verfügung.
Die PDF DocuReader-Funktionen:
• Beliebige PDF-Dateien öffnen, lesen, darstellen
• Eine gewünschte Seite beim Starten aufrufen
• Mit Lesezeichen, Links oder den Schaltflächen "Nächste Seite", "Vorherige Seite" navigieren
• Zoom- und Suchfunktion
Kommerzielle Verwendung
Die für einen kommerziellen Einsatz kostenlose Variante des PDF DocuReader startet mit einem Splashscreen und zeigt das soft Xpansion-Logo in der Toolbar. Für einmalig 100,- EUR zzgl. MwSt. kann auf Wunsch Ihr Unternehmen bzw. Logo im Programm angezeigt werden und das Startbild mit Bezug auf soft Xpansion wird entfernt. Auch weitere Anpassungen sind möglich - setzen Sie sich mit uns in Verbindung! |
