On the Ball to-do list allows you to type in new tasks directly into your screen without having to close or open applications.
Each day is divided into a Morning, Mid-Day, Afternoon and an Evening period. By quickly planning each period when it starts you ensure that your planning is realistic right from the outset. By working this way, your stress levels will reduce significantly and you will not waste energy on worrying if you are doing the right thing.
