It is a development tool allowing you to create an interactive software agent that can be programmed to automatically respond to questions by querying a pre-established questions and answers database. The system is designed to answer frequently asked questions, eliminating the need to call customer service and wait to speak to a representative. What's more, virtual assistants are available around the clock and even on holidays. It can also be used for a wide variety of other purposes, from education and training to fun and entertainment. All questions asked are recorded and available for review. This makes modifying the questions and answers database to match the requirements of your customers (or other audience) a simple and straightforward task.
